Refund Policy

I want every student and parent to feel confident enrolling. Attend Class 1 of the Ascent or Catalyst program. If you (or your child) are not satisfied, write to me at hello@mypodium.in, via the contact page, or on WhatsApp within 24 hours after Class 1 ends (Indian Standard Time) for a full refund — no questions asked.

• Once Class 2 has taken place, a refund is no longer possible.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Moving to a future batch is free of charge, any time before Class 1.
• To cancel your enrollment before Class 1, write to us by email, the contact page or WhatsApp. Your payment is returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Missed Classes

If you need to miss a single session, let us know at least 24 hours in advance via the contact page or WhatsApp, and we will help you catch up wherever possible. If something unexpected happens, message us as soon as you can.

If MyPodium Cancels or Reschedules a Session

If we need to move or cancel a session, we will tell you as early as possible and arrange a replacement session. If a replacement cannot be arranged, you can request a full refund.

Certificate Policy

A "Podium Ascent Certified" or "Podium Catalyst Certified" completion certificate is issued to any student who attends all 6 classes of their chosen program.

Privacy Policy

I collect only the information needed to run the program and communicate with you: your name, email, phone number, and (where relevant) your child's name and grade. This information is used solely to manage enrollment, share class links and materials, and respond to your queries.

• I do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment information is handled directly and securely by Razorpay — I do not store your card, UPI, or banking details.
• You can request that I delete your data at any time by writing to hello@mypodium.in. I will act on deletion requests within a reasonable time and will not retain your data afterwards, except where the law requires it.

Cookies & Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how pages are used. It loads only after you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

Payment Security

All payments on this site are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway used by businesses across India. mypodium.in never sees or stores your card or bank details directly.
