AI Capability. Built for the Real World.
mypodium is an AI learning and workforce enablement platform helping students, professionals and organizations build the skills to understand, apply, and work responsibly with artificial intelligence.
Practical. Responsible. Human-led.
AI Is Moving Faster Than Most Learning Systems.
People don't need more AI information. They need the ability to understand what matters, apply it to real work, question what AI produces, and adapt as the technology changes. mypodium exists to close that gap.
Access to AI Isn't the Same as Readiness for AI.
A student can open ChatGPT. An employee can use Copilot. A manager can experiment with an AI agent. But access doesn't automatically create capability. mypodium focuses on the layer between having AI and knowing how to use it well — with judgment, context, responsibility and measurable purpose.
Three Layers of Capability
AI Readiness
Building the foundations required to understand and work confidently with AI.
AI Productivity
Turning AI capability into better research, communication, analysis and everyday work.
AI Adoption
Helping teams move from individual experimentation toward structured and responsible AI-enabled workflows.
Think First. AI Second.™
We teach people to question outputs, verify information, protect sensitive data, understand limitations, and remain accountable for the work AI helps produce.
What We Don't Do
mypodium isn't built around AI shortcuts, tool demonstrations, or promises that technology can replace expertise. Our programs focus on capability over novelty, application over theory, judgment over blind automation, and outcomes over certificates.
Abhinav Gupta
Founder, MyPodium | AI Adoption · Workforce Transformation · Applied AI
MyPodium is led by Abhinav Gupta, a technology and transformation professional with nearly two decades of experience working across enterprise technology, data, cloud, analytics, program delivery and digital transformation.
His journey with AI is grounded not simply in learning the technology, but in building with it, testing it and applying it to real-world problems.
Today, his work spans Generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, AI-assisted research, agentic workflows, automation and AI-enabled productivity. He actively experiments with and builds AI-powered applications and workflows — bringing that practitioner experience directly into every MyPodium program.
But MyPodium is built around a larger belief: knowing how to use an AI tool is no longer enough. The real advantage lies in knowing what to do with AI, where to trust it, where to question it, and how to turn it into meaningful outcomes.
That philosophy shapes Abhinav's approach to AI learning and adoption. For students, it means developing the AI fluency, judgment and practical capability needed for a rapidly changing workplace. For professionals and organizations, it means moving beyond scattered experimentation toward responsible AI adoption, measurable productivity and better ways of working.
His enterprise background brings another dimension to MyPodium: an understanding that technology adoption is rarely just a technology problem. People, processes, governance, security, change and business outcomes matter just as much as the tool itself.
Every MyPodium program is therefore designed around real application rather than AI hype — combining practical learning, hands-on experimentation, responsible use and human judgment.
Built by a practitioner. Designed for the real world.
Programs are led by Abhinav and can incorporate specialist practitioners and domain expertise where an engagement requires it — allowing MyPodium to remain focused, flexible and relevant to the people and organizations it serves.
